Policies
All D.Royal & Co. cap toppers are handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak graduation seasons (April–June & December), processing may extend to 10–14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
We proudly ship to graduates anywhere in the U.S. Standard shipping is included in your order total. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. D.Royal & Co. is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by the shipping carrier once your package leaves our studio. Every order is packaged with the utmost care. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your graduation date.
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at d.royal.company@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
To respect institutional trademarks and intellectual property rights, D.Royal & Co. does not replicate official university logos, seals, or protected text unless they fall under public-use community guidelines or have been explicitly authorized for commercial use. All designs are original artisan creations inspired by school spirit and collegiate colors.
Your personal information is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout and is never stored by D.Royal & Co. By placing an order, you agree to receive order confirmation and shipping update emails.

Your cap topper comes fully decorated and ready to wear! Simply place it on top of your mortarboard and secure it using the included adhesive strips or pins. It fits all standard 9.3 x 9.3 inch graduation caps. No DIY or additional supplies needed!
Yes! Our "Custom Masterpiece" option lets you describe your vision and we'll bring it to life. You can specify school colors, themes, stones, and more. Simply select the Custom option and leave your design details in the notes field at checkout. We'll reach out if we have any questions.
We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your graduation date to account for our 7–10 business day processing time plus shipping. During peak season (April–June), we strongly recommend ordering 4–6 weeks in advance. Rush orders may be available — contact us to inquire.
Every topper is crafted using 100% organic chipboard as the base, hand-placed glass rhinestones, and acrylic pearls. All embellishments are secured with jewelry-grade adhesive so your topper can be kept as a forever keepsake long after graduation day.
Yes! All D.Royal & Co. cap toppers are designed for a universal fit on standard graduation mortarboards measuring 9.3 x 9.3 inches — which covers the vast majority of graduation caps. If you're unsure about your cap size, feel free to reach out before ordering.
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please email us at d.royal.company@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee and are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
